We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.   All sizes and measurements of items are approximate, however we do make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that different items of the same colour will be an exact match due to batch production and fabric dying process. Items are manufactured within agreed industry tolerances and there maybe minor size variations between manufacturing batches of the same product.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code can be used per order. Vanilla Girl Bikinis reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion. Discount codes are subject to stock availability.

 

DELIVERY

​

Full delivery terms are on our Shipping and Delivery page.  Goods will be sent to the address given to you when the order is placed.  If your delivery address is outside of the UK, we deliver all items on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis for all non UK shipments.  When an order is placed in a different tax jurisdiction or for delivery in a different tax jurisdiction, then no adjustment, change or reduction is made for VAT or VAT equivalent amount, and to places where VAT is not charged.  Where no UK VAT is chargeable on a transaction, we do not refund the VAT equivalent or exclude a like value from the sales price.

RETURNS

Full returns and exchange terms are on our Returns and Refunds page. When returning a product, only the cost of the product will be returned and not the delivery charge.
